Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If a registered participant is unable to attend the virtual event and cannot transfer the registration to another person or future event, the following refund policy applies:

Refund Eligibility

• 75% Refund: Cancellation made more than 60 days before the event.
• 25% Refund: Cancellation made between 30–60 days before the event.
• No Refund: Cancellation made within 30 days of the event.
• No Refund: Discounted registrations, student registrations under special offers, virtual presentation registrations, and e-poster presentations.

Registration Transfer

Participants may transfer their registration to:

• Another eligible participant, or
• Another Meghaz Online event scheduled within one year of the original registration date.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Meghaz Online cancels a webinar or virtual conference, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• A 100% credit transfer to a future event.

Note: All approved refunds will be processed after the completion of the scheduled event.
